It was found that this channel specialized in the production of various counterfeit documents, including papers from state and law enforcement agencies, as well as medical and municipal institutions. These documents were certified with fake seals and were used by citizens for personal needs.
In connection with these events, the GUVD of the Chui region initiated a criminal case under Article 379 (Forgery of Documents) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During searches conducted at the home of citizen Ch.Zh., born in 1990, in the Issyk-Ata district, as well as in her vehicle, more than 800 counterfeit documents and 10 seals from various state agencies and departments of Kyrgyzstan were found and seized.
Citizen Ch.Zh. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GUVD of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, efforts are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this criminal activity. Expert examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are continuing.
