In Yakutsk, two Kyrgyz citizens are suspected of using fake documents
Employees of the immigration control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yakutsk conducted an inspection during which a 36-year-old woman from Kyrgyzstan was discovered. She applied to the migration department to formalize her legal status and provided a document with signs of forgery — a detachable part of the notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen. This was reported by the publication "Sakha Press".

During this inspection, it was found that there were no registration data on migration accounting at the address indicated in the provided document.

Additionally, during a patrol, traffic police officers stopped a vehicle for document checks. The driver, a 22-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan, also presented an ID that turned out to be fake.

The documents seized during the inspection were sent for examination.

According to police information, the foreigners may face criminal liability under Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, concerning the forgery, production, or circulation of counterfeit documents, state awards, seals, and forms.
