A tragedy at a family gathering
In the village of Blizhniy Aral, located in the Sokuluk District, a terrible tragedy occurred — a husband inflicted fatal injuries on his wife. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui Region.
According to law enforcement agencies, on December 4, the lifeless body of a woman, K.E., born in 1978, was found in one of the houses in the village. During the examination of her body, multiple bruises and contusions were discovered.
According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic examination, death was caused by closed traumatic brain injury, as well as a concussion and head injuries resulting from blows.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigative authorities have determined that the bodily injuries were inflicted on K.E. by her husband, with whom she had been drinking alcoholic beverages the day before.
The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
