Bishkek residents expressed their dissatisfaction with the operation of the establishment 'Bulki', which was reported to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
A call was received at the '102' service, where citizens reported violations of the Law 'On Silence', specifically regarding loud music. Additionally, residents mentioned noisy conflicts and fights occurring near the bar, as well as gatherings of unruly youth.
The owner and administrator of the establishment were brought to the Investigative Department of the district police for an explanatory conversation. They promised to take measures and avoid similar violations in the future.
