The Bishkek City Police Department reported that the "102" service received complaints from residents of neighboring apartment buildings who complained about loud noises and violations of the KR Law "On Silence." Police officers arrived at the specified address and confirmed the presence of dissatisfied citizens who reported regular disturbances.

According to local residents, the club "Bulki" is the cause of noisy conflicts and fights at night, creating constant discomfort due to the gathering of aggressive youth. They also noted that they had repeatedly contacted the relevant authorities with collective requests for help.

As a result, the police brought the owner and the administrator of the club to the district investigative department for a clarifying conversation. They were reminded of the importance of adhering to legislation concerning public order and nighttime silence. Representatives of the club promised to take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
