During the past weekend, the "102" service of the Main Internal Affairs Department (GUVD) in Bishkek registered over 2,500 requests from citizens in need of assistance in various situations.
According to the information from the GUVD press service, all requests were promptly processed by inspectors from the Situational Center of the Special Operations Bureau (SOB), after which they were directed to the relevant services for quick response.
Over the weekend, more than 350 individuals were brought to the police for various offenses. Administrative protocols were drawn up for all detainees in accordance with the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Of the total number of detainees, 60 individuals were placed in the Special Reception Center of the SOB of the GUVD of Bishkek by court decision.
In addition, inspectors from the Public Safety Management (UPSM) recorded over 50 cases of driving under the influence of alcohol.
The GUVD notes that such preventive measures will be regularly conducted every week to prevent offenses and ensure safety and order in the city.
The Bishkek police urge both local residents and visitors to the capital to adhere to public order rules, be attentive on the road, and not to operate vehicles while intoxicated.
Citizens are asked to immediately report any offenses and suspicious activities to the "102" service. The police emphasize that the vigilance of citizens contributes to ensuring safety in Bishkek.
