In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, the Main Internal Affairs Directorate organized a preventive event called "Vagabond," which involved more than 500 police officers and 20 units of service vehicles. The main goal of the raid was to prevent offenses and assist homeless individuals, especially in the face of the approaching cold weather.

Various locations were checked, including bus stations, abandoned buildings, basements, and attics. As a result of the operation, more than 200 homeless citizens were discovered. Some of them were sent to social shelters and night shelters to provide temporary housing and assistance.

Additionally, by court order, more than 40 individuals were placed in the special detention center of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek for public order violations, according to Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses.

During the raid, crimes were also identified and solved, including thefts and encroachments on others' property. Investigative actions regarding these incidents are currently underway.

The Main Internal Affairs Directorate emphasizes that preventive work will continue with the aim of increasing the level of safety in society and providing assistance to those in need.
