
The shelters are located at the following addresses:
- The first shelter is located in the Oktyabrsky district at Tokoombaev Street, 1a and can accommodate 80 people. Renovation work has been carried out here, medications and bedding have been purchased, and one-time hot meals have been organized. In preparation for winter, 10 tons of coal were bought at the expense of the local budget.
- In the Pervomaysky district, at 413 Jibek Jolu Avenue, the municipal institution "Kolomto" operates, accommodating up to 70 people. This facility offers overnight stays and one-time meals, providing services to 70 to 100 homeless individuals every day. Funding is provided from the local budget. Medical examination services are available here, including fluorography and HIV tests, as well as initial sanitary treatment (washing, disinfection, and change of clothes). Annually, "Kolomto" serves about 2,000 homeless people.
- The Lenin administrative district has also joined in: a shelter for women with children has been opened under the Public Fund "Center of Mercy," accommodating 45 people. Here, overnight stays, one-time hot meals, as well as medical and social-legal support are provided. Currently, there are 10 women and 12 children in the center.
