
From November 3 to 6, a raid event called "Operation" is being conducted in the Chui region, according to information from the police press service.
The main objective of this raid is to stabilize the operational situation, prevent and solve crimes, including those committed on the streets and in public places, as well as to ensure the safety of citizens and suppress offenses.
As part of the raid, individuals with criminal records, temporary residents, abandoned buildings, markets, service stations, and places where stolen property may be sold are being checked. Work is also being done with at-risk families and cases of domestic violence, owners of firearms, livestock markets, and meat sales points.
Conversations are being held with citizens on the prevention of theft, the warning of domestic violence, and the protection of livestock.
Particular attention is being paid to the city of Tokmok, where eight mobile police groups are involved, including patrol officers, special forces, and public order police, as well as ten foot patrols.
During the raid, Tokmok police detained 76 individuals for the preparation of administrative materials and for conducting preventive conversations. Additionally, 21 administrative protocols were drawn up for various articles of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Moreover, during the operation, three crimes were solved: one case of illegal possession of drugs from the detained K.B., born in 1993, from whom a narcotic substance was seized, and the materials were handed over to the investigative authorities; two cases of bicycle theft committed by minors. In both instances, the suspect J.N., born in 2011, was identified and detained.
Investigative actions are ongoing for all the mentioned facts, and appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the law based on their results.
Additionally, as part of the raid, preventive lectures were held for students of schools No. 7, No. 8, and No. 9 in the city of Tokmok, dedicated to preventing offenses among youth.
All activities are being carried out in strict accordance with the law.
