In the evening, the Tokmok city hall employees, in cooperation with the local police and other city services, will regularly conduct inspections (raids) to monitor compliance with the "Silence Law" and energy-saving regulations.

This information was provided to the Turmush correspondent by the city hall's press service.

Recent raids showed that most restaurants and cafes in Tokmok comply with the established rules and close according to schedule.

City hall officials noted that inspections will be conducted systematically, and violators face penalties as stipulated by law.

“We urge business owners to understand and adhere to the established requirements, maintain quiet hours, and use electricity sparingly,” the statement emphasizes.
“Compliance with the 'Silence Law' and energy conservation:

All establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs, must adhere to the rule of closing by 10:00 PM and disconnecting electricity by 10:10 PM.

This initiative aims to ensure the peace of residents and maintain silence during nighttime hours—from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM—as well as to promote the efficient use of electricity,” city hall officials added.
