In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, the city hall has intensified control over the enforcement of the "Silence Law." According to the new order, owners of cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, and other entertainment venues are required to close by 10:00 PM. From this time, any festive and entertainment events are prohibited.
The document also states that all devices using electricity must be turned off after 10:00 PM. This particularly applies to powerful appliances such as stoves, heaters, and ovens.
Furthermore, holding events with loud music and bright lighting during nighttime is prohibited, as it may disturb the peace of citizens.
However, establishments located away from residential areas may use generators, but only with strict adherence to the norms of the "Silence Law."
The city hall noted that these measures are aimed at maintaining peace and quiet for the residents of the city, as well as preventing violations of public order.
