These words were spoken by the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, during a broadcast on the "Region" television channel. He noted that it is necessary to provide citizens with the opportunity to rest and maintain silence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Tashiev also cited examples of recent violations, where events such as weddings continued until midnight, indicating a disregard for the rules. He stressed that local authorities must ensure strict enforcement of the law and rejected arguments that staff need time to clean up after guests leave.
