According to Toktorbaev, establishments must follow the established rules, otherwise the consequences will not be long in coming. "If you do not listen, then so be it! You have already been warned," he emphasized.
In Kyrgyzstan, all entertainment venues, including restaurants and nightclubs, are required to end their operations no later than 10:00 PM, and electricity must be turned off by 10:10 PM. These words were spoken by the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, during a broadcast on the "Region" television channel. He noted that it is necessary to provide citizens with the opportunity to rest and maintain silence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Tashiev also cited examples of recent violations, where events such as weddings continued until midnight, indicating a disregard for the rules. He stressed that local authorities must ensure strict enforcement of the law and rejected arguments that staff need time to clean up after guests leave.
