Residents of Kara-Balta and neighboring settlements have expressed their dissatisfaction due to an unpleasant odor that, in their opinion, comes from the local oil refinery. This was reported by the portal "Vesti.KB".
The unpleasant smell has been noticeable for three days, with its intensity increasing specifically in the evening and after sunset.
Local residents are appealing to environmental services and relevant authorities to conduct an investigation, determine the source of the unpleasant aroma, and take measures to improve the situation.
