In Bishkek, the Department of Internal Affairs conducted an explanatory session with the owner of the nightclub "Bulki" due to violations of the "Silence Law." This was reported by the press service of the department.

Residents of nearby houses contacted the police with complaints about loud noises and disturbances coming from the establishment "Bulki." The complaints indicated issues with noise caused by nighttime conflicts, fights, and aggressive behavior of youth near the club.

At the scene, the information was confirmed: local residents reported that they had previously contacted the relevant authorities with similar problems.

During the inspection, the owner and administrator of the club were taken to the investigative authorities for an explanatory conversation. They were reminded of their obligations to comply with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan, including the rules regarding nighttime silence. Representatives of the establishment promised to take measures to prevent similar incidents, reported the Department of Internal Affairs of the capital.

Efforts to prevent offenses in Bishkek continue. The police urge citizens to report violations by calling "102".
