As part of preventive measures aimed at preventing such violations, the Osh Department of Internal Affairs conducted an operation called "Anti-Cinema." They checked popular places among youth, including computer clubs and rented spaces for recreation.
As a result of the raid, 14 parents were held accountable for failing to fulfill their duties to monitor the whereabouts of their children in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Explanatory conversations were held with the minors found in these establishments.
The agency emphasized that ensuring the safety of children is the responsibility of every adult. Responsible behavior from parents can significantly reduce the risk of accidents.
