The fact was registered, and the seized items were sent for examination. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the substance discovered is cannabis resin (hashish) weighing 4.56 g and 4.49 g.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs without the purpose of sale").
During further investigative actions, it became known that I.A. is registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic as a member of an organized criminal group and has several convictions. It was also revealed that he acquired the narcotic substances from another member of the organized criminal group, a resident of one of the villages in the Alamudun district, B.A.
To check for the possible presence of other prohibited substances in B.A.'s house, an urgent search was conducted. As a result of the search, a dark green substance with a characteristic smell (hashish) weighing 5.6 grams was found.
The suspects B.A. (born in 1986) and I.A. (born in 1990) were placed in a temporary detention facility.
