According to information from the Department of Internal Affairs of the First May District, the video shows the use of physical force against minors. In this regard, the materials of the case have been registered, and a criminal case has been opened under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Hooliganism."
During the investigation, law enforcement agencies were able to identify the teenagers involved in the incident: Zh. T. (born in 2009), B. A., and K. B. (both born in 2012). All of them were taken to the investigative department of MP No. 8 of the First May District Department of Internal Affairs, and their legal representatives were also invited.
Currently, verification actions are ongoing, and depending on the results, a legal assessment of the actions of the participants will be made, and measures will be taken in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
