According to police information, on December 2, a Facebook user named Rasul Yerzhanov posted a message claiming that vote buying was occurring at polling station No. 8 in Kara-Suu.
This incident has been registered with the Kara-Suu District Department of Internal Affairs, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
Law enforcement agencies were able to identify the individuals captured in the video. They stated that they are not working as campaigners for any candidate, but are employed at a store located near the polling station. According to them, the money mentioned in the recording represents revenue from sales.
The investigation is ongoing.
