The incident was recorded in the automated information system of the Pervomaisky District Internal Affairs Department. During operational activities, law enforcement was able to identify the attacker — a 34-year-old man, Ch. S., born in 1989.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Pervomaisky District Court ordered the man to be detained for three days.
The Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District emphasized that such behavior in public places is unacceptable and entails administrative measures. Law enforcement officers continue their work to ensure the safety of citizens and maintain public order.
