Employees of the Service for Countering Extremism and Illegal Migration, together with the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, were able to identify the offender — a 23-year-old S.A., representing a foreign state.
During the verification, it was revealed that the detainee lacked documents confirming the legality of his stay in Kyrgyzstan. As a result, the procedure for his expulsion from the country was initiated.
The Main Department of Internal Affairs reminded that insulting state symbols, as well as violating migration laws, entails sanctions provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
