In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, an incident occurred in which a group of unknown individuals beat and tied up a young man on the street. This information was disseminated in the media.
The Bishkek City Police Department reported that after news of the incident emerged, the fact was registered in the Unified Register of the Interior Ministry of the First May District, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
According to police data, during the investigation, the district department staff are carrying out all necessary measures to identify the suspects and determine their whereabouts.
It is worth noting that no one has approached law enforcement with a written statement, and no calls have been received on the 24-hour hotline.
Additionally, the police indicated that during the incident, officers in a service vehicle from the Public Security Management of the City Police passed by but did not react to what was happening. A service check on this matter has already been initiated in the Internal Security Department for the city of Bishkek, and the results will be reported later.
