As a result of operational-search activities conducted as part of the preventive action "Transfer," officers of the Drug Control Service detained a young man, K. B., born in 2003, at the intersection of Uch-Korgon and Zhurnalnaya streets. During a search, 28 bundles tied with blue tape containing a substance with a specific odor, which is presumed to be narcotic, were found in his right jacket pocket.
The suspect was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to preliminary data, the seized substances are synthetic drugs that were intended for sale through an online store in the Telegram messenger.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing in the Pervomaisky Internal Affairs Department.
