According to information provided by the local police's Drug Control Service, the detention occurred on December 8 during operational-search activities. The suspect is a resident of the rural district of Iskhak-Polotkhan, identified as M. B., born in 1972.
A forensic chemical examination confirmed that the seized substance is indeed marijuana, with a total weight of 282.19 grams.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 283 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs without the intent to sell.
Investigative actions are currently ongoing.
