The criminals, under the pretext of protecting her apartment from "black realtors," provided her with a fake purchase agreement and convinced her to sell the apartment for 2,400,000 soms, after which they asked her to transfer the money to the accounts they specified, as reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation led to the identification and detention of individuals who purchased the apartment: S. M., born in 1974, and A. A. Three bank cards were also identified, which received funds from the victim, and their owners were established: A. Sh., born in 1987, D. S., born in 2006, and T. E., born in 2002. Investigative actions are being conducted against these and other unidentified individuals, which are under the control of the leadership of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate. The apartment has been seized, and the investigation continues.
Additionally, the Internal Affairs Directorate clarifies that Article 209¹ "Intentional transfer or sale of electronic payment means, virtual assets, and SIM cards to third parties" was enacted after the commission of this crime.
