According to the data obtained during the investigation, the identities of both the adults and the children have been established. It turned out that the woman is M.A., born in 1995, and her husband is N.M., born in 1988. The affected children are M.A., born in 2016, and M.M., born in 2018. All of them were taken to the investigative authorities for further action.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case has been initiated under Articles 138 (Torture) and 139 (Threat of violence dangerous to life and health) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation established that the incident occurred on November 26, 2025. On that day, M.A. was in a conflict with her husband and decided to take revenge on him by beating the children. The conflict between the spouses had been ongoing for about three months.
The woman was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
