Several young people have been detained in the Jayil district, suspected of abducting a minor with the intent to marry, as reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region.
According to available information, on December 22, 2025, around 21:00, the police department of the Alamudun district received information that a minor girl, K.H., born in 2008, had been abducted in the village of Vasilyevka. Reports indicate that she was taken by unknown individuals in a silver car.
After the incident was registered, alerts were activated, and as a result of operational measures, officers of the Traffic Police Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region stopped a silver Honda Step at a checkpoint in the village of Sosnovka. Inside the vehicle were citizen K.H., born in 2008, and several other young people: B.A., born in 2005, K.M., born in 2001, B.M., born in 2008, K.A., born in 2009, K.Y., born in 2008, and K.A., born in 2008. All participants were taken to the police department of the Alamudun district for further investigation.
During the investigation, it was revealed that B.A., born in 2005, intending to marry, had previously arranged with friends, rented a car, and abducted the minor K.H. near her home. The girl's mother, A.N., contacted the police department requesting action against the offenders.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 172 (Abduction of a person with the intent to marry) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, B.A., born in 2005, K.M., born in 2001, and A.A., born in 1995, have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed for the case, and investigative actions are being conducted regarding the other participants, taking into account their age. The investigation is ongoing.
