Based on the collected data, a criminal case was initiated under Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal trafficking of potent and toxic substances for the purpose of sale.
During the operational search activities, three men were detained: A. I. (born in 1995), A. B. (born in 2001), and M. N. (born in 1995). On December 13, they were placed in a temporary detention facility.
313 units of the substance "Tropicamide," each with a volume of 10 ml, were seized from the detainees. The seized items are currently being sent for examination.
Investigative actions are ongoing to determine the exact composition of the seized substance and to identify other possible participants in this crime.
