- A. B., born in 1967, who held the position of head of the urban planning and architecture department in the Aravan district;
- A. K., born in 1953, who previously headed the Nurabad rural administration;
- I. A., born in 1969, a former land issues specialist at the district cadastral enterprise;
- Y. A., born in 1968, who served as a land surveyor in the Nurabad rural administration;
- M. U., born in 1985, who worked in the urban planning and architecture department of the Aravan district.
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility as part of a criminal case initiated under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning corruption.
The Aravan police department continues to conduct operational investigative actions to identify other possible participants in this crime.
