According to the information received, the detention occurred as part of a criminal case under Article 336 "Corruption" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Among those detained:
- A.B., former head of the urban planning and architecture department of the Aravan district, born in 1967;
- A.K., former head of the Nurabad rural district, born in 1953;
- I.A., former specialist of the Aravan district cadastre, born in 1969;
- Y.A., former land specialist of the Nurabad rural administration, born in 1968;
- M.U., former employee of the district urban planning and architecture department, born in 1985.
All detainees are being held in a temporary detention facility as suspects.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, and the Aravan District Internal Affairs Directorate is conducting operational measures to identify other possible participants in the corruption scheme.
