According to law enforcement agencies, on December 12, information was received at the Kara-Suu District Internal Affairs Department that suspicious substances resembling narcotics were being transported in a Hyundai Getz vehicle. Based on this information, a criminal case was initiated under Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal trafficking of potent or toxic substances for the purpose of sale.
As a result of operational activities, three citizens born in 1995 and 2001 were detained. The next day, on December 13, they were placed in a temporary detention facility.
During a personal search, 313 units of the drug "Tropicamide," each with a volume of 10 milliliters, which is presumed to be a potent substance, were discovered and seized from the detainees.
Currently, necessary examinations are being conducted, and investigative actions are ongoing to identify other possible accomplices in this crime.
