The incident occurred on the night of November 29, when the criminals broke into a barn and secretly stole a one-year-old red calf belonging to local resident K.E. The damage from the theft amounted to 35,000 soms. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205-1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, "Cattle Theft".
As part of the operational event "Operation", the police were able to identify the suspects — I.Sh. (born in 2007), A.A. (born in 2006), and A.Z. (born in 2007), who, as it turned out, had managed to sell the stolen animal.
The calf was found and seized as physical evidence, after which it was returned to the owner. In accordance with the requirements of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, two of the detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility.
