A resident of Tokmok contacted the police, reporting that on November 26 at around 5:00 PM, a thief had broken into his house, stealing 620,000 soms, $5,000, and 20,000 tenge.
This incident was registered under Article 205 ("Theft") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition to him, four other citizens living in Tokmok also filed reports with local law enforcement regarding similar cases. Criminal cases were initiated for each of them.
During the operation "Search," police officers were able to detain the suspect, identified as K.D., born in 1995. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, his possible connection to other crimes is being checked.
