According to police reports, the incident occurred on November 17, 2025, at approximately 14:40. Unidentified individuals stole a battery from a Mercedes-Benz water truck on Aini Street. Citizen K.B. filed a report with the police regarding this incident.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual turned out to be J.E., born in 1997. A preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave has been taken against him.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating the suspect's connection to four other similar cases of battery theft.
The Lenin District Internal Affairs Department urges citizens who have been victims of the suspect's actions to contact them at the phone numbers 0559102102 or 102.
