620,000 soms and 5,000 dollars were stolen from one apartment
Employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region reported the detention of a person suspected of a series of apartment burglaries.
As law enforcement officials found out, on November 26 at around 5:00 PM in Tokmak, a burglar broke into the home of a local resident and stole 650,000 soms, 5,000 dollars, and 20,000 tenge. The victim contacted the "102" service, after which a criminal case was opened under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Later, four more residents of the city filed similar reports with the police.
Criminal cases were also initiated for all the complaints.
During the operation "Search," a suspect identified as K.D., born in 1995, was detained. His possible involvement in other similar crimes is currently being investigated.
