In connection with these circumstances, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers identified a suspect, who turned out to be 26-year-old A.D., previously convicted. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The city court decided to impose a preventive measure in the form of arrest on the suspect for a period of two months. During the investigation, it was established that he was involved in a number of similar thefts in the territory of Tokmok.
