The press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region reports that a criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, the police were able to identify the suspect — citizen R.K., also born in 1986. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation revealed that this citizen may be related to a number of similar fraudulent activities in the area, and his possible involvement in crimes in other parts of the region is also being checked.
