In the Kemin district, law enforcement officers detained a man suspected of fraud amounting to 460,000 soms. According to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region, he managed to deceitfully acquire the specified amount by promising to deliver a Chinese-made car.
Based on this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect, a citizen R.K., born in 1986, was detained in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
A report of the crime was received from a resident of the village of Altymysh, also born in 1986, at the Internal Affairs Department of the Kemin district on November 26, 2025. In his statement, he explained that the suspect, having gained his trust, received 460,000 soms, promising to deliver a Weltmeiter X6 car, after which he disappeared.
During the investigation, it was found that the detainee may be involved in other similar crimes in the Kemin district. His possible connection to fraudulent activities in other districts of the Chui region is also being checked.
