During operational activities, officers from the Traffic Police of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui Region stopped a silver Honda Step at a checkpoint in the village of Sosnovka, driven by A. A., born in 1995. The car contained the abducted K. H. and several other minors: B. A. (born in 2005), K. M. (born in 2001), B. M. (born in 2008), K. A. (born in 2009), K. Y. (born in 2008), and K. A. (born in 2008).
All the individuals mentioned were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District for further investigation.
During the investigation, it was revealed that B. A., born in 2005, had previously arranged with friends, rented a car, and abducted K. H. near her home with the intention of marrying her. The girl's mother, A. N., contacted the police requesting action against those responsible.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Abduction of a person with the aim of marriage."
Based on Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, B. A., K. M., and A. A. were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Investigative actions are being conducted regarding the other participants in the process, taking their age into account.
The investigation is ongoing.
