On December 22, 2025, at around 21:00, information about the abduction of a minor, K.H., born in 2008, was received by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Alamudun district. According to reports, the incident occurred in the village of Vasilievka, where unknown individuals took the girl away in a silver car.
The Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region confirmed that the information about the incident was registered, and an alert operation was immediately initiated.
As a result of operational actions at a checkpoint in the village of Sosnovka in the Jayil district, officers of the Traffic Police stopped a silver Honda Step, driven by a citizen A.A., born in 1995.
In the vehicle were the abducted K.H. and several other individuals: B.A. (born in 2005), K.M. (born in 2001), B.M. (born in 2008), K.A. (born in 2009), K.Y. (born in 2008), and K.A. (born in 2008). All of them were taken to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Alamudun district for further investigation.
During the investigation, it was revealed that B.A., born in 2005, had arranged in advance with acquaintances and rented a car with the intention of marrying K.H. to abduct her from her home. The girl's mother, citizen A.N., reported the crime to the Department of Internal Affairs.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the crime under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Abduction of a person for the purpose of marriage).
Citizens B.A., K.M., and A.A. have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed in the case. Investigative actions are being conducted regarding the other participants of the group, taking into account their age. The investigation is ongoing.
