A man was detained in Tokmok by the staff of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region on suspicion of stealing perfume products from a vehicle. It became known that on December 14, 2025, a resident of the city, A.B., filed a report with the Tokmok police about the crime. She reported that on December 6, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, unknown individuals broke into her green "Mazda Premacy" parked near the "A-G" establishment and stole perfume items from inside, causing her significant material damage.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement agencies quickly identified the suspect — he turned out to be A.D., born in 1997, who had previously been convicted of similar crimes. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The city court decided to impose a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of two months for this suspect.
During the further investigation, it was revealed that he may be involved in a number of similar thefts committed in the territory of Tokmok.
The investigation is ongoing.
