A man was detained in the Kemin district for deceiving his client by promising to deliver a car. According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, on November 26, 2025, a resident of the village of Altymysh, born in 1986, named D.B., reported to the internal affairs authorities of the Kemin district that a citizen R.K. had fraudulently taken his money in the amount of 460,000 soms, promising to deliver a Chinese car of the brand "Weltmeiter X6." However, after receiving the money, the suspect disappeared, causing significant material damage.
As a result of this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, police officers identified the suspect, who was also born in 1986. He was detained in accordance with the procedure provided for by Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During further investigative activities, his involvement in several similar fraudulent schemes in the area was revealed, and the possibility of his participation in crimes on a broader scale in the region is also being checked.
