According to the information, on December 14, the deputy head of the "Kainy" checkpoint of the State National Security Committee's Border Service was hospitalized in the surgical department of the Jayil District Hospital. Doctors diagnosed him with alcohol intoxication and a penetrating stab wound. Medical staff immediately notified law enforcement authorities about the incident.

The incident was registered under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health.
According to the investigation, the victim was drinking alcohol with an acquaintance, and a conflict arose between them, during which the acquaintance stabbed him. The victim was promptly taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
Law enforcement authorities detained the suspect, identified as A.R., born in 1995. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are currently ongoing.
