According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, on December 18, a resident of Bishkek, born in 2000, named Ch.A., reported to the police station of the Sokuluk district. He complained about the actions of his colleague's husband, M.N., who, on October 18 at 11:00, without any apparent reason, assaulted him on the territory of the "Profi-Med" clinic in the Sokuluk district, resulting in severe injuries.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 130 (Causing serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigative actions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, a citizen M.N., born in 1991, was detained as a suspect and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
