The incident took place on April 19, 2025, when S. L. reported to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Sverdlovsk District that two men, B. and M., attacked him around 02:30 and inflicted injuries on him, after which they fled the scene.
Operatives were able to establish the whereabouts of the suspect, who is now in custody at the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek based on a decision by the Sverdlovsk District Court.
Investigative actions in this case are ongoing.
