The incident occurred on December 16 at around 5:30 PM at the "Legacy" car wash in the city of Kainy, where three brothers became victims of the attack.
A case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which qualifies the action as hooliganism.
Law enforcement officers detained three men: S.T. (born in 1991), J.N. (1996), and T.A. (1997). All of them have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, during which possible accomplices of the incident are being identified.
Later, the victims provided recordings from the scene of the incident.
