Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, the district's Internal Affairs officers identified three minors involved in this incident. They were taken to the investigative service of the Department of Internal Affairs No. 8 along with their legal representatives.
