A video recently appeared in the Kyrgyz segment of social media, which users took for a kidnapping incident.
According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department, the incident occurred at the corner of Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue and Moskovskaya Street in Bishkek.
The fact of the incident was registered in the Unified Register of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District with the qualification of "kidnapping," and a preliminary investigation was initiated.
During the investigation, law enforcement conducted a series of activities that led to the establishment that the conflict involved a father and his adult son. According to the mother, there are complicated relations between them due to the son's health condition. The family has repeatedly tried to arrange for him to be placed in a medical facility, but the young man refused and showed aggression.
The police added that, considering the family's request and respect for the parents, the details of the incident will not be disclosed.
