According to information from law enforcement agencies, on December 18, 2025, a 39-year-old resident M. T. reported to the Interior Ministry of the Panfilov District that on December 16 at 5:30 PM, on the territory of the "Legacy" car wash in Kain, he and his brothers, M. T. (born in 1989) and M. A. (born in 1980), became victims of aggression from unknown individuals who inflicted bodily harm on them without any apparent reason.
Based on these events, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning hooliganism.
As a result of operational work, police officers were able to identify the suspects, who turned out to be local residents: S. T. (born in 1991), J. N. (born in 1996), and T. A. (born in 1997). All detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, operational-search activities are ongoing to identify other participants in the incident. Necessary judicial and legal examinations have been appointed for the case, and the investigation is proceeding at full speed.
