According to law enforcement agencies, on December 28 at 1:48 AM, a report was received on the number "102" stating that a group of people was beating a man lying on the ground on Tynaliyev Street near one of the apartment buildings.

This incident was recorded in the automated information system ZHUI. Police officers arrived at the scene immediately.
As a result of operational measures, four citizens were detained: S.A., I.A., U.S., and K.A., all born in 1999. It was revealed that they were in a state of alcohol intoxication and were violating public order, as well as the requirements of the Law "On Silence".
Protocols were drawn up against the detainees under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses.
Currently, all four have been placed in a temporary detention cell.
