After registering this report in the automated system, police officers arrived at the scene. They detained four men: S. A., I. A., U. S., and K. A., all born in 1999.
The law enforcement authorities reported that the detainees were in a state of alcohol intoxication and were grossly violating public order, as well as ignoring the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Silence".
Protocols were drawn up for each of the detainees under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Petty Hooliganism". After the necessary documents were completed, they were sent to the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek.
